All trim comes in three standard lengths:
The extra three inches is your lap. Trim overlaps at the joints rather than butting together, so a 20 foot 3 piece covers a true 20 feet once it is lapped.
Odd angles, odd girths, and the pieces nobody stocks.
Not every job fits a standard profile. Old buildings settle, additions meet at angles nobody planned, and a chimney or a skylight needs a piece made for that hole and no other.
We bend flashing here in the shop. Bring us a sketch on a scrap of paper, or the old piece you are replacing, and we will match it.
